ALmost clear gold with a foamy white head. Grainy aroma, light lemon floral, and a little soapy. Moderately carbonated, floral, grainy, earthy.

There is an issue here…and not the one I was expecting. This is a ‘saison’, and not an awful one. However, it is not, ‘lager type’ in any way. It’s farmhouse, and wheaty with grasses and lemon zest. If you’re expecting lager, you’re going to hate it.
