Fiscally Irresponsible

Fiscally Irresponsible, a “Brett Milkshake IPA”, was brewed with a healthy portion of Wheat malt and Malted Oats in the grist. With lactose powder added in the boil, it was heavily-hopped with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado. Fermented with Brett Amalgamation, and dry hopped with the same three varieties, it was later conditioned on Madagascar vanilla bean and passion fruit purée.

Featuring massive notes of tart passion fruit and mango, and subtle vanilla, with a full, smooth mouthfeel, it finishes only lightly to moderately bitter. Show Less
