Very dark reddish brown, fine creamy tan head. Smells treacle, wood, butterscotch, spirits. A little bit thin, somewhat warming, supple. Tastes malty, plenty of bourbon, some other barrels, some caramel, vanilla, quite a bit of raisins. Not the best.

Smooth, sweet, boozy, dark fruit and malt. A bit of umami, but not overwhelming. Honestly though I think the age might be bringing it down a bit, it seems to have just brought all the flavors down and smoothed them out.
