Kaleidoscope of Butterflies, Mosaic Double IPA

Mosaic is a high impact hop with a multitude of flavors and aromas, and while it pairs well with many other hop varieties, it also has enough complexity to easily stand on its own. This double IPA was designed to highlight that unique quality of Mosaic. The aroma is an intense display of fruit punch, ripe tropical fruit, and candied lime. The flavor is at first sweet, with top notes of mango and peach gummies, but as the beer dries out a more pronounced earthy pine character becomes apparent, which is accentuated by a delightful dry and bitter finish.
