Hudson Henry Granola Stout

Our collaboration with Hudson Henry Granola is based on a traditional oatmeal stout, but in place of oats we used their original granola recipe, made with maple, pecans, coconut, and rolled oats. It has mild roasted grain aromas, with highlights of chocolate, vanilla, and dark roast coffee. While the flavor is similar to the aroma, there are also notes of maple syrup, roasted malt, Café con leche, and subtle toasted coconut.
