Double Retrogression - Throwback DIPA

From time to time we find ourselves yearning for the classic character of a more traditional Double IPA. The kind of DIPA that has a biscuity malt backbone with just a hint of caramel, and enough bitterness to keep it from being sweet. It is for this nostalgia that we brewed Double Retrogression, a throwback DIPA with a resinous hop profile that is as much dank and pine as it is grapefruit and orange pith. We stayed true to the style brewing it with robust malts, classic clean fermenting yeast, and a mix of Pacific Northwest hops. Show Less
