따르자마자 신냄새가 팍 올라와서 아 이거 조쟜구나 했는데 다행이 마시다보니 괜찮음. 클래식한 스타우트답게 드라이하고 쌉싸름한데 그 와중에 배럴덕인가 단내가 확확 올라와서 꽤 괜찮음. 이클립스가 추구하는 좋은 임스가 어떤건지 살짝 엿본느낌? 물론 진짜 맛있지..는 않긴함..아무튼 클래식한 임스에 약간의 트렌디한 느낌의 배럴 얹은느낌.

BM, red wax. 2018 Black pour. Still a reasonable strong bourbon nose. The heat has toned considerably, still malty bourbon goodness.

Last check in was March 2021. Getting a lot of dried fruit on this now. Fig, prune and honey. Not overly thick but not thin. A bit of the Bourbon comes through as well. Really great beer.
