Minoterie

A hybrid of a hybrid style, Minoterie is our Brett Belgian Stout, incorporating the feel and flavor of a classic stout while using only Belgian ingredients and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain and our house blend of Brettanomyces. The aroma is a highly complex blend of dark cocoa powder and burnt raisins creating an almost mature Goobers character. First sips are unique and complex, the raisin character subsides to give way to a beautiful bouquet of dark chocolate, charred oak, and a clean almost smoky malt character. The Brettanomyces leaves the beer extremely dry with a hay-like finish, keeping it with loads of complexity while maintaining an uncharacteristic drinkability. Show Less
