Gleaming Cubes

While recent years have made Westcoast IPA feel outdated and old-school as a solitary crucifix earring and fingerless gloves, we've been pushing hard and evolving what we want Westcoast IPA to be; with Gleaming Cubes being the perfect example. Only a small amount of bitterness is present to remind you that, yes, you are, in fact, drinking an IPA. Still, it is immediately balanced out with a good amount of body and a mouthfeel that operates as a podium for all of the complex and juicy hop flavors that were nonexistent in IPA a dozen or so years ago. In Gleaming, you'll find notes of tangerine juice, orange compote, lemon zest, ruby red grapefruit, peach puree, lychee gummies, lemongrass, passion fruit, and pine resin. With an ABV sitting nice and crushable at 6.6%, this is definitely the semi-retro-nouveau Westcoastie we want to be crushing in the summer. Show Less
