Enchanted Tiki

Enchanted Tiki is an alcoholic shot in the dark, mixing our three favorite new-to-us hops of last year into one super crushable juice-fueled IPA. The first hop is Southern Star from South Africa; this hop is like a south of the Equator Mosaic, bringing an aggressive aroma to the party spilling notes of passionfruit, sweet berries, ripe melon, and diesel. Joining in as well from below the Earth's belt is Vic Secret, an Australian hop that is far more fortunate in flavor than it is in name, lacing this IPA with equally fruity notes of pineapple juice, lemongrass, and guava. Lastly is Idaho7, a delightful surprise from the east of Oregon. This hop does a great job tying together these juicy hops with its potent profile of tart tangerine juice, orange zest, and Meyer lemon. We're digging all these hops, and Enchanted Tiki IPA is the perfect medium to show off the awesomeness of all three.
