Mole on the nose, and not far off on the palate. Super smoky compared to the Master of Crumpets at similar mouthfeel; the perceived spice swung wildly once paired with the Calabrian chili wings. The worst of the rack, and still really good. Banner day.

Smokey chipote aroma. Sweet, smokey, & piquant, with roasty, cocoa, light woody, and fruity estery flavors. This stuff would be even better aged in oak. The balance between sweet, smokey, and spicy is beautiful.
