DDH Saint Thomas

Not all beers benefit from massive hop charges; however, single-hop Mosaic IPAs scream with joy when dosed at massive rates. Saint Thomas, the name that berthed a thousand beers, returns every once in a while in its DDH form, packed to top port with the best Mosaic hops we can source, raising its power level to 120,000,000. As the Mosaic pellets drop to first form Saint Thomas, it slowly grows and strengthens from the lupulin charges nuggets it's being fed until eventually, it hits final form Saint Thomas; thus emerges DDH Saint Thomas, firing whirlwind blows and eye lasers of sweet passionfruit, white grapefruit juice, honeydew, blueberries, mango, apricot, chardonnay grapes, and a subtle finish of pine needles.
