This combo is tough to pull off. Vanilla creates a hop bitterness at the end. This is better than other versions I have tried.

I think I learned something about myself today… I HATE AN IPA WITH VANILLA ADDED. It kills the whole IPA taste. This is a well named beer because it tastes like I am drinking a Citronella candle. Horrible.
