Bel Biv Dorado

One of our favorite hops to brew with is El Dorado, but the problem is that getting that good-good El Do-Do is not the easiest. However, we’re lucky to have relationships with amazing farmers who grow the best versions of the hops we love. Without them, the situation was serious, but now it’s oh-so-beautiful. We searched high and low, and it was driving us out of our minds, but that’s why the best El Dorado was hard for us to find. But once you get it in your hands and rub those hop flowers together, you just can’t get it out of your head. We’ve warned you, Bel Biv Dorado, is that DIPA with a big ABV and a smile.
