Passion In the Vineyard

"Passion in the Vineyard" presents a new concept of grape ale. Light and fresh but with a well-defined character. Spontaneously acidified with cereal cultures, with maceration in contact with the skins of white grapes and passion fruit pulp, this beer fermented at mild temperatures to preserve the thiols and all the character of the fruit, in the palate and in the aroma. The low alcohol content, 3.3% Vol., pale color and well-defined acidity offer freshness for hot summer days. In the aroma passion fruit dominates, in the mouth the delicacy of the Viosinho grapes takes place, underlined by the soft notes of barley and wheat.


"Passion in the Vineyard" apresenta um novo conceito de grape ale. Leve e fresca mas com carácter bem vincado. Acidificada de forma espontânea com as culturas do cereais, com maceração em contacto com as peles de uvas brancas e polpa de maracujá, esta cerveja fermentou a temperaturas amenas para preservar os tióis e todo o carácter da fruta, no palato e no aroma. O baixo teor alcoólico, 3.3% Vol., de cor pálida e acidez bem vincada oferecem frescura para os dias quentes de verão. No aroma o maracujá domina, na boca a delicadeza da casta transmontana Viosinho toma lugar, sublinhada pelas notas suaves de cevada e trigo. Show Less
