Fresh Hop Strata IPA

Once a year, in the northern hemisphere, we're get to brew beer in its purest form. Hop cones, cut from trellises, are immediately collected into Sprinter Vans and box trucks by bleary eyes brewers on a pre-dawn mission. Once back at the brewery, fresh hop cones are crammed into any given part of the brewing process to extract the magic that is the fresh hop brew.

In the can you are holding is one such brew where in actively fermenting hazy IPA was racked onto hundreds of pounds of fresh Strata hops where our yeast would dance and work with the bracteoles to tease out aromatics and a terpene zing that can only be found in a beer this time of year.
