This is a good beer. Some plum on the nose, and nice subtle tartness on the palate. Tart, dark fruit, cocoa, some vanilla from the oak barrels. Almost reminds me of a brut style beer. Maybe somewhere between a brut, a farmhouse ale, and a quad. Well done.
