Fast Trappe

Inspired by beer brewed in the tradition of fasting monks in the monasteries of Belgium, our take on this heritage consists of Belgian Pilsner, Aromatic, and Biscuit malts creating a subtly sweet, almost whole-grain bready malt character; and Noble hop Hallertauer was chosen for a low-spice hop/malt balance. But, the yeast is the real star here, creating a dry finish while masking a higher alcohol content without sacrificing the full-bodied mouthfeel.
