Nice light gose. Would be fabulous on the beach in the sun. Interesting decision to use samphire instead of salt, very cool. Can't really taste the spelt.

Didn’t know what to expect. It isn’t a cracker but is far from the worst beer I’ve tried. Salty as expected from a Gose, sourdough bread on the nose. Very thin but supremely refreshing. It’s a grower, hot day, these cold from fridge, I can see it!
