Whoa, first sip packs a punch. Some alchy fizz/tingle, not burn. Malty, dark fruit, mulling spices, sweet. Chewy, smooth. Pours dark ruby, dark cream foam quickly fades, doesn't build. I like this much more aged than fresh. The booze is subtle, dangerous.

Beervent day 8. Lost almost all it's spice but still has the dark Belgian character.

Aged pretty well.
Cellared for 11 years. No carbonation remaining. Tastes like apple cider. Sweet finish. A second bottle was not as sweet and had a little more spice. Cellared too long.
