The funky sourness is the dominant flavour, with a touch of oak underneath. The stout is almost gone (apart from the colour), so there's no roasty robust flavours, just dried fruit and barrel funk!

It’s nice but doesn’t have the complexity of other sour stouts (ie New Belgium’s Lips of Faith). Tasty though.
