We brewed this beer with Isaria 1924 (an Heirloom malt), Eraclea Pilsner (an Italian Barley varietal), and Extra Pale Premium Pilsner. Perle was used for bittering hops, with Spalter and Mandarina Bavaria taking the forefront as aroma additions and in the whirlpool. After fermentation, we dry hopped this crusher with some zesty Mandarina Bavaria hops for a tangelo aroma and flavor. After lagering for 3 weeks, this beer is ready to make you feel like you're in Venice for the first time. Pours a golden straw color, with a light body, and crisp white foam; Has aromatics of floral and citrus, notes of tangelo, honey suckle, tangerines, and honey dew in taste with a touch of sweetness. *NOW GLUTEN REDUCED* Show Less
