Wait, that last one wasn't the sweet apple? Sugary chewy apple all over, this should be used in apple pie recipes instead of water. Braise the apple slices in it, that would be divine. As a drink, I'm not so sure.

Light pale straw body, minimal foam. Nice twiggy apple on the nose. Flavour is chewy sweet apple, slightly muddy; same with the mouthfeel, lots of lingering sugar. Sweet apple to be sure but rather simplistic.
