We used hundreds of freshly shucked oysters to give a rich umami flavour & luxurious mouthfeel. The protein rich oyster meat and briney nature of the shells creates a slightly more saline and less sweet version of our beloved stout. Delicious on its own or with a variety of seafood. Collaboration with The Bow Bar (Edinburgh)
