If a professor at UC Davis’ Brewing Program asked “how do you make a PBJ sandwich in a beer?”…I would just hand them this beer!! Wheat, grape jelly, and peanut butter…my only question is “how did they do that?” Not too sweet, but still sour and enjoyable.
