EZ Wheat

While Buford Bottom Hefe has been grabbing the headlines, EZ Wheat has just been chillaxin' in the background waiting for it's chance, and that's where EZ Wheat gets its name - why make a fuss or cause a ruckus, just take it EZ! This style takes the Hefeweizen recipe and replaces the distinctive yeast with much cleaner fermenting ale yeasts. Obviously our recipe incorporates a decent amount of wheat and is lightly hopped using American hops and yeast for fermentation. Beer drinking shouldn't be difficult, it should be EZ! Show Less
