Each year we set aside a very special beer made from a gold medal winning recipe to be released when the time is right. This big imperial stout has been twice aged; once in steel to mellow the flavors and again in Maple Whiskey barrels to bring sweet aromatics and re-established mouthfeel. Expect an exceptionally smooth though viscous body with clean sweetness coupled with bready Maple infused aromas that will draw you back to the breakfast table of your youth.
