Usually this is a sign of an infected beer. It smells a little bit sour but when I tasted it was more earthy, cinnamon, and barrel. Doing this for science, bottoms up!

I think something may have happened to this bottle (brookfield, wi). I have two others, so I won't rate. But it tasted very earthy, like mossy or hoppy. Hoping the other two are more accurate.
