Expeditious Kölsch

Based on our Kolsch recipe, this beer style is indigenous to the city of Koln, Germany. A pale, clean, crisp, lager- like ale that is fermented with a unique German ale yeast capable of fermenting at cooler temperatures, outside the range of most ale yeasts.
This version has been tweaked to accommodate a 20 minute boil, making it a breeze to brew anytime. Not exactly true to style, expect a slightly more hop forward beer than a traditional kolsch, but still light, clean, and
