Expedited IPA

Expedited IPA is our first wet hop beer. This year we teamed up with Crosby Hop Farms to bring in fresh late harvest Idaho 7 hops that we used less than 24 hours from when they were picked from the bines. Once we were able to schedule a delivery day for the hops we threw together a new Hazy IPA recipe using over 6 lbs per barrel of fresh wet hops. The flavor is unlike anything we ever brewed. The fresh Idaho 7 hops provide a strong stone fruit and resiny finish due to the abundance of unaltered hop oils used in the process. To finish off the beer we dry hopped it with more Crosby Idaho 7 and a touch of Azacca to accentuate the bright peachy flavors and aromas. Show Less
