Thin persistent tan head with lacing. Chestnut color good clarity. Toasty biscuity nose with caramel and cookie flavor, well balanced. Not sweet. Subtle earthy hops. Lighter mouthfeel and more carbonated than typical Wee Heavy. Easy to drink for ABV.
