First one of the year! This is an interesting one. Feels fizzy and somewhat bubbly. Lots of funky and fruit aromas, can definitely taste the grapes and maybe even some raspberries. Letting it sit for a minute taste a bit better than straight out cold.

濁りのあるくすんだルビーカラー。 ナチュールによくある藁臭。時間の経過でアミノ酸系の旨味香に昇華する。 ラズベリーというよりはヘビイチゴ的な香り。 そしてライム香。 辛口で旨味を伴った、爽やかな生き生きとした酸味。 タンニンは感じない。 余韻長め。 ビールともワインとも言えない境目の酒、これは素晴らしい！！

Good. Fruit is there, sharp, a light funk. Barrel and then some odd edges. Tastes a bit like a Surfer on Acid. Maybe age it some? Not sure.
