Initially I was smelling sour, cherries, oak & vanilla & tasted sour cherry, chocolate, oak & vanilla. As it has warmed, gotten a bit more sour, earthy & funky. The cherries have lightened, the chocolate is now jammy plums. Luckily it is still good.
