This is a very interesting one, having a beer with botanicals rather than adjuncts, heavy juniper, big lemongrass, its really dry, the only reason its notna 5 all day is its booziness, it detracts from its flavours

Big juniper hits from this one,them botanicals come in,there's an acidity,it's mouth drying,it sour,it's multi layered,highly complex taste profile.

Really not a fan. Medicinal sweetness spoiling what would be an interesting beer. Got a weird mouldy edge early on. Mildly tart. Some grapiness.

Wow. V special. Good job I like Gin. Beautifully floral and botanical on the nose. Smells and tastes pleasantly medicinal too- maybe from the dandelions ? Complex and tasty all round.
