Dream Wave Fluctuation (03/19)

We kept EQ’s fluctuation grain bill and added oats and lactose in-line with Other Half’s Dream treatment. This beer was followed by an aggressive dry hop of Galaxy and Citra. However, this is the first time we’ve run galaxy through the dC/dt process to bring out that EQ juice. We couldn’t be more excited with the results. Dream Wave Fluctuation pours a hazy glowing tangerine color releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime sorbet, melon, lactose, and pineapple all integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is a smooth, bright, creamy, and tropical wave of flavor with a touch of sweet that finishes with the #EQjuice making dangerously drinkable and balanced. Show Less
