Bottled Nov ‘21. Yes. Balanced acidity. I was hoping this would be closer to the TABA Riwaka which was awesome. This is good but not to that level. It’s tropical, zesty, and juicy with a dry finish. I think it’s missing a touch of funk to elevate it.
