Carpe Brewem Winter Haze IPA

Our Winter Haze IPA is designed to trick your palate into thinking summer has already arrived. On the front end of the beer, we use heaps of wheat and oats along with malted barley to provide a soft mouthfeel and haze that gives the beer its name. Following that lead are generous amounts of Simcoe, Citra and Hop 074, which provide juicy stone-fruit flavors and tropical citrus aromas.
