The 2019 @EmporiumBrewing Reuben the Red on a blustery winter day is tasting might fine. Seems to have mellowed into a more toffee/caramel mode and the spice reminds me vaguely of Swedish glögg in a truly pleasant way.

Second time around. Have some nice blue cheese from Evansdale to go with this on a dreary but warm May Sunday afternoon. Not as much carbonation as last time. The malt and spices are very rich. Reminds me of my recent spiced persimmon molasses cookies.

First time to open this. How happy am I that I have several bottles. Malty, spiced goodness. Have a wee bit of pastrami left to eat - brilliant match with the peppercorns, mustard, coriander in the pastrami.
