Slightly tart and then sweet with a bit of banana followed again by some fruity tartness that I can’t put my finger on and a much more complex sweetness. No head but super fine bubbles. Lovely beer. Going to wait a bit to warm up to see what happens.

Been settling a while. Dark orange gold, thin cream head. Honey, orange, baking spice on the nose. Follows on the palate very nicely. Whole meal banana loaf, with fresh honey. Nicely spiced notes for a long moreish finish

Well I didn’t store it in hwc but it has been stored in a cupboard since September. Wasn’t flat, honey flavour is quite prevalent as is banana but not too sweet, slight hint of pepper. Quite light and no abv warming always a bonus.
