Wow I forgot how well Damian brews beers sat on this for 2/3 years it’s mellowed the rum I think it’s warm it’s smooth no sign of the 11% it’s dark bold not to sweet it’s fantastic

Opnieuw fantastisch. Het origineel was echter zo verdomd goed, dat deze BA-versie naar simpelweg niet overheen komt. -¼* t.o.v. die 😁 geweldige afsluiting van de vakantie.

The OG was perfection. For me, the rum barrel takes it down a small notch, losing the BFG-ness a bit, but still a lovely beer and a more than fitting conclusion to birthday #44.
