Some hops still there, lots of pineapple coming through. Rye emerges once it warms some.

Robust carbonation, but the rye character is becoming more prominent.

Might have to cut down 1/4oz on the priming sugar, boardering on too much carb. Still tastes great though!

Hops are subdued slightly, which is allowing more of he rye to shine through. Excellent!

Huge pineapple aroma & taste up front; rye spice & hops emerge after. Great carbonation, great complexity. A keeper!

First of the batch. Well carbed for sure. Little dark for an amber. The pineapple has subsided, but still very good. Touch of rye spice.
