Elise

Inspired by a multimedia piece of art from our friends at Wizdom Media in Rahway, is our latest release, "Elise." Mesmerized by the colors, the mood and the energy of this magnificent piece of artistic expression, we pulled out all the stops to create a beer worthy of the art. Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops are the stars here and they create a tantalizing blend of unique down under flavor. We get the white wine and Gooseberry from the Nelson, and the Galaxy very nicely throws in some peach, passion fruit and citrus notes. Double dry hopped with the same hops and some Simcoe to pull it all together. Show Less
