Oh wow. Grodziskies are near and dear to me, and this one stands out as one of the best I have ever had. Smooth wheat base lends slight tartness, but the gentle smoke character marries it all together. So dang good.

Once warmed up a smidge the citrus from the saaz pops harder, so does the residual sweetness. With an American palette it's a bit tricky to not think of smoked pork. Delicious anyway
