It’s pretty interesting how the levels of alcohol and flavors change overtime. Smell more maple on the nose than any other time, the booze has definitely smoothed out, almost to a perfect taste no carbonation at all, not flat, but close. (4.3)

Very roasty. Maybe the most roasty stout I've ever had. I don't really taste the maple, but I get the sweetness from the maple. It doesn't taste as strong as it is.

From 2020. Big, assertive stout with strong coffee, dark chocolate, rye spice/warmth, and bitter espresso flavors. The maple syrup is subtle, a light undercurrent of sweet to balance out the more bitter/char/roast rest.
