When John Keeling from Fuller’s joined us in Barcelona we talked about the parallels between the beer and music worlds: how influences have crossed back and forth across the Atlantic over the years.

When it came to the collaboration brew, we wanted to brew a beer that respected traditions as well as progress. So, referencing Fuller’s classic ESB, we brewed up some TRAD JAZZ, seeking a depth of malt flavour, plenty of fruity yeast character, and the complementary hop flavours of the classic East Kent Goldings hop.
