December 2020 purchase, apparently. Still going strong 2.5 years l8r. Carbonation still good. Cinnamon, honey, hint of chili. Wonder if it has mellowed a little on cellaring. Really good work. Would not pick the ABV. Softens and banana sweetens on warming

LCI 16/3/22. Thick and viscous like a dessert wine. Cinnamon to the fore with a hint of chilli. I really enjoyed this as a after dinner sweet treat!

Delicious! Huge cinnamon dominates, with lashings of honey and chilli on the side in something that absolutely hides the booze. To think this came from a 5% base beer is pretty impressive.
Syrupy! Tastes like an epic fortified honey mead.
