Songs At Dawn Strawberry Chocolate Gose

We partnered with our friends at Eavesdrop Brewery in Northern Virginia for this alternative modern gose. Our Oozlefinch gose base got its signature bright acidity from our house bacteria culture and our unique souring method, while a ridiculous amount of strawberry provides a fruity backbone. Don't expect a sweet beer, though -- we fully ferment our fruit additions to keep things dry and refreshing so you can enjoy pint after pint while still getting the flavor you want, and the light sea salt finish makes you want another sip. To mix things up, we added a hint of chocolatey goodness from 10 gallons worth of unsweetened liquid cacao nibs. That baker's cocoa smell comes drifting out of the glass as the beer warms. Show Less
