More after flight pilsner in my case. Crystal clear yellow with white foam. Bready grainy aroma and taste with a vague doughy touch. Some hoppy notes that grows on you. Good.

Smell is like a citrus/fruity smell. Crisp, clean bread flavor. Perfect dynamic with a slight bitter ending. Fantastic beer! Super easy, session-able beer! Beer is made with purified condensate collected through the SD airport water stewardship program.

This is an outstanding example of a craft pils, complex yet simple, a contradiction, toasty/biscuity malt backbone with a hoppy, dry and slight lemon on the backend. Hard to pull off.
