In colour it is peachy / yellow. It smells like a dry apple cider. In the first sip I was hit with some sparkle from the carbonation, apple and a finish of subtle citrus / herb flavour. The combo was well balanced and dry! Pairs great with sushi 🍱

Really enjoyed this cider! A nice dry cider but has some sweetness to it. Nice subtle taste of hibiscus. Would definitely purchase again!
