Had to try a beer that was Non - vegetarian - made with juniper, beef/pig organs with artichoke leaf

Because the world needs more beef and pork based gruits.

Tried this last weekend. Grossest beer of all time, at some point they add beef, heart, liver and kidney from a cow to the brew. - 5 Stars

Mild spicy herbal juniper, faint anise, subtle berry, light sweet earthy toasted, roasted malt aroma and a subtle tart, anise, juniper taste
